Hear-Speak-See... The Un- Scene!: November 2010

One night, One stage, 6 DJ's, 10 minutes, 3 judges, and a beat starved crowd. On Saturday night, it all went down, and there was only 2 DJ's left standing with the title of Master of the Mixes!

Lux nightclub and Smirnoff Vodka hosted an amazing night featuring some of Miami's Hottest DJ's all spinning off their skills and competing for the judges and crowds approval for the title of "The Master of the Mixes." The crowd was thick and feeling the vibes coming from the speakers all eager and cheering for their favorite DJ.

Each DJ, unique in style, music choice and flow, came to the stage giving it their all and their heart and passion showing through their choice in music. Judges based the decisions of the winner off of flow, mix and ability to move the crowd.

Participating DJ's included: Mr Sandman, Kid Nemesis, J Felix, DJ Cardi, DJ A Train, and DJ Superscede.

Appearances were made by DJ Cheapshot, on the MC calling the shots and the one and only DJ Irie announcing the title and spinning off his skills to close out the night. So, who took home the title and continued on to compete to be the winner of the much desired title, Master of the Mixes.... Supported by some, and contrary to others decisions, the winners of this night of jams were.... Drumroll please.... DJ Cardi and DJ Kid Nemesis!!! (crowd goes wild!)

All in all, regardless who took home the title, and who walked away without, the night was hot, music was sick and some of the best DJ's in Miami were all in one room, filling it with crazy talent, mad skills and proving their passion and dedication for the craft, for the music!
